Our Story
Dan Peck and his team have 30 years of experience providing home financing for their clients all over the country. They can finance primary residences, second homes, short term rentals and investment properties up to 4 units. The product suite that they have to work with ensures that they can procure financing for a wide range of qualifying scenarios.

For Dan Peck, the connection to Edmonds Cars & Coffee begins with a lifelong enthusiasm for cars. “As a lover of all cars, I’ve seen great car events dwindle over the years,” Peck said. “When Edmonds Cars & Coffee was created, I saw its success and community involvement and knew I wanted to be part of it.”
That enthusiasm runs through generations of his family. His great-grandfather owned car dealerships through the 1960s, when the American muscle-car era was in full force. Classic cars have remained part of his family for more than 30 years, and Dan now owns six classic Mopars.
One of his favorite recent automotive memories came in 2024, when he and his father embarked on a 15-day road trip covering more than 5,000 miles. Beginning in Phoenix, the two traveled through the Northeast before heading south, including a stop at Talladega.
Dan has been connected to the greater Edmonds area for approximately 20 years. For him, community partnership means more than business visibility — it means consistently engaging with local residents and business owners and developing relationships on a deeper level.
